The Construction and Maintenance Circle is responsible for managing the construction, rehabilitation and maintenance of bridges carried out by RHD Field Zones, Foreign Aided Projects or by consultants. The Circle is also responsible for procuring contractors for both implementation and supervision of bridge construction.
