The Estate Management and Law Circle is a newly formed Circle with responsibility for the management of all RHD's land and properties and for dealing with legal issues and cases involving the department.

It is intended that this Circle will make extensive use of GIS and database facilities to maintain central records on land ownership and RHD assets.
