The maintenance circle is responsible for preparation of revenue budget for routine & periodic maintenance and mainly based on HDM circle’s Annual RHD Road network Maintenance & Rehabilitation Need Report. Maintenance Circle is entrusted with the responsibility of preparation of periodic Maintenance Programme for RHD Road Network & help ACE Planning & Maintenance in PQ of contractors, Preparation of Tender, Floating of Tender, Evaluation & Awarding of tender & finally releasing the fund for PNP works.
