The Management Circle is responsible for all personnel functions within RHD. This includes recommendations of transfer and posting and dealing with enquires against RHD personnel.
The Circle is responsible for updating the Personnel and Organisation Database.
The Circle is also responsible for the maintenance of the RHD HQ complex and the Management of the RHD security personnel.
