The Monitoring Circle supports the management of the road network by providing regular updated reports on the progress of all ongoing ADP projects. These reports include information on the use of physical and financial resources as well as the quantity of work carried out. This circle is responsible for making evaluations of completed projects. Processing of quarterly reports for implementation monitoring evaluation division (IMED) under planning commission. Answer to questions of Members of Parliament that raised in the National Assembly and also special reports to parliamentary committees & Ministerial committees in connection of Roads & Highways Department under Ministry of Communication.
