The Planning and Ferry Construction Circle is responsible for preparing cost efficient plans for the operation, maintenance and procurement of equipment, vehicles and ferries. The Circle constructs and maintains ferries and pontoons in line with Government procedures and keeps a computer-based inventory of all ferries and equipment. In addition, the Circle prepares project proposals for development schemes under the Mechanical Zone.
