The Procurement Circle ensures that Government of Bangladesh and foreign funds are spent cost effectively by making sure that proper procedures are followed during procurement of goods and services. The Circle maintains a database of registered contractors and makes sure that internationally accepted documents are used in the bidding and contracting processes.
