Expression of Interest (EOI)

1. The article no. 6(six) of notice no.77 dated 03/04/2008 will be replaced by the following article:
"The client will conduct the short-listing of interested consultant firms for the above mentioned consultancy services. The firm must have previous experience of rendering consultancy services for detailed designs, preparing pre-qualification and bidding documents at least 10 (Ten) Km 2-lane Highway Road and a 2-lane Highway multispan Prestressed Concrete Girder Bridge within last 10 years. Input of two international expert (Highway Design Engineer & Structural Design engineer) with design experience in similar hilly area will be required. The EOI should specially include:
a. Background of the firm(s) (limited to one page);
b. General and overall experience of the firm(s) (limited to one page);
c. Summary of similar projects undertaken (limited to Three pages);
d. Summary of permanent professional employees with key qualification and experiences;
e. Summary of the temporary professional employees with key qualification and experiences;"
2. The article no.7 (seven) of notice no.77 dated 03/04/2008 will be replaced by the following article:
"Interested reputed consulting firm or firms in joint ventures (JVCA) are being invited to submit their EOI for short listing. Incase of JVCA the lead firm must have the above stated experience i.e. at least 10 (Ten) Km 2-lane Highway Road and a 2-lane Highway multispan Prestressed Concrete Girder Bridge within last 10 years. The associate firm must have previous experience of rendering consultancy services of any road sector project within last 10 years i.e. feasibility study/detail design/construction supervision. Total number of firms in such joint venture (JVCA) will not be more than two (one lead partner + one associate partner)."
